The artist is Paul Francis Grey, but I am not sure if it is spelled correctly. I tried allmusic.com, but no luck. It was adult contemporary song. The used to play on KOST 103.5 in Los Angeles in the 80s. Unfortunately, don't have the song title.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I don't see any artist that resembles "Paul Francis Grey". Let's try this a different way. Post some lyrics to the song you know and lets see if we can find this artist by figuring out the song.

From what I could recall...the lyrics were "nights are forever..." I know it's not England Dan & John Ford Coley, but similar title. It is an adult comtemporary song.

I just emailed MIKE SAKELLARIDES of KOST 103.5

"Mike Sakellarides has hosted Southern California's favorite adult contemporary music on KOST 103.5 FM and the popular midday game "Listen While You Work" every weekday since the station's "re-birth" as "the New Coast 103" on the morning of Monday, November 15th, 1982."

Mike Sakellarides told me he did not recall the artist. At this point, I would recommend that you post as much of the lyrics as possible. Use a question mark (?) or underscore (_) where words are missing. It would help to know the year you first heard the song.

They played the song on KOST in evening during "LOVE SONGS ON THE KOST." The host I believe was Liz Kiely. The year I believe was 1985.
